# No puedo iniciar Mapeo

1. **Asegúrate de que has instalado Mapeo en tu celular o computadora.**

Si no tienes claro los pasos para instalar Mapeo revisa:

Si a pesar de esto, no funciona, pasa al siguiente punto.

2\. **Reinicia tu dispositivo y vuelve a intentarlo**.&#x20;

3\. **Asegúrate de que tu dispositivo tiene suficiente espacio libre disponible.**<br>

Si nada de esto funciona, lamentablemente hay pocas soluciones:

a) Puedes desinstalar Mapeo Mobile de tu celular, pero **PERDERÁS TODOS LOS DATOS** que hayas recogido hasta el momento. Solo podrás recuperarlos si antes has sincronizado con otro dispositivo.
