# Mapeo se cierra automáticamente

Lamentablemente, cuando ocurre esto hay pocas soluciones. 

a) Puedes desinstalar Mapeo Mobile de tu celular, pero **PERDERÁS TODOS LOS DATOS** que hayas recogido hasta el momento. Solo podrás recuperarlos si antes has sincronizado con otro dispositivo.
